This is me, Baker Bobbie. I was born and raised in Cape Town South Africa where I attended a Jewish school. After school I attended Silwood Kitchen Cordon Bleu where I was awarded a Certificate Cordon Bleu. Thereafter I spent a year specialising in pastry and small french boutique cakes. Whilst making ends meet by working daytime at the local Kindergarten aftercare and night time at the bakery. I was sponsored a bursary to study teaching. I studied teaching and worked part time baking for events. I have been running my own home baking business for roughly 7 years now. I am currently located in Hong Kong, learning about the world around us, getting that international sass and saving enough money to open my very own cafe.
